Cancellation Window for Full Refund: A typical policy may allow for cancellations with a full refund if the participant withdraws before the course starts, often within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days prior to the first class). This is to allow the course provider time to offer the spot to others on a waiting list. 4. No Refund After a Certain Date: After a certain date (e.g., after the 2nd or 3rd week), the course provider may enforce a no refund policy. This is especially common for long-term courses where commitments are made, and limited spots are available. 5. Substitute Participant Option: In some cases, the provider may allow participants to transfer their spot to someone else if they need to cancel, provided the replacement meets the eligibility requirements. This helps minimize the financial impact on both the participant and the course provider. 6.
